We rocked Ennis Band Banquet 2012!
0At the Ennis High School Band Banquet the students enjoyed a great meal provided by Marsala Italian Restaurant in Ennis. The band director wanted us to wait to start the dancing until they were finished taking their classman group photos. Once the formalities were out of the way we cranked it up and lit the fuse on this party rocket. They went crazy for all the variety of music we played. Check out the video and photos below.

This is for you DJs that were lucky enough to get one of these small duffle bags while at Mobile Beat this year. Here’s a great use for it. This is a shot of it full of 4 – Eternal Lighting 3w flat par pro uplights, with power cords and DMX cables. It won’t quite zip up but still works great.

There are so many articles about how much to spend on a DJ. I’m going on the record to tell you that every single one of them is WRONG. I’ve seen article say that you can DJ the wedding yourself. You certainly can! You can also go to Wal-Mart and buy a dental kit to do your own fillings.
Our market here is very diverse. I see DJs are high as $2,000 but mostly as low as $350. That figure scares me… not just as a DJ, business-man, someone that went through wedding planning for his own wedding… but mostly as a family man. How can someone charge $350 and make a living?
